Heart Test

Pastor Jonathan McKnight delivers an intense message that focuses on identifying how God will allow us to go through certain things to test and see if our hearts are in the right place. Many times we are faced with dealing with difficult people in our lives that test us to see if we’re going to get out of godly character and into our feeling and respond to them in un-Christian-like manner. Other times, we will find ourselves in situations that are not ideal and often challenging as a way to see if we are going to still have a heart to give God glory, to praise and worship, and talk with Him in spite of what we’re going through. The truth of the matter is God uses difficult people and situations to test our hearts toward Him and to see if we’re going to truly apply His word in our lives. Rest assured, that no matter how challenging the person or test maybe, as long as we keep our hearts right (or pure) towards people that do us wrong, and towards God, we will not only see Him, but see Him move in ways that we would have never imagined.
